Crêpes recipe

Yields: ~15 crêpes
Preparation time: ~5 minutes + overnight for setting
Cook time: ~5 minutes



  1. Mix flour, salt, and sugar in a bowl. Add eggs.
  2. Mix gently, adding milk little by little. The batter should be fluid— add more milk, if not. Then, add cooled melted butter. Let batter set overnight.
  3. Check if batter is fluid the next day— add more milk, if not.
  4. Cook in a lightly oiled pan— pour into pan and swirl to distribute evenly across the entire surface. Flip when the edges have numerous bubbles and/or turns light brown.
