- 250g Flour
- 4 Eggs
- 500ml Milk
- 50g Melted butter
- 8g Sugar
- Titbit of salt
- Mix flour, salt, and sugar in a bowl. Add eggs.
- Mix gently, adding milk little by little. The batter should be fluid— add more milk, if not. Then, add cooled melted butter. Let batter set overnight.
- Check if batter is fluid the next day— add more milk, if not.
- Cook in a lightly oiled pan— pour into pan and swirl to distribute evenly across the entire surface. Flip when the edges have numerous bubbles and/or turns light brown.
